COLDWATER RIDGE VILLAS are conveniently located on City Park Road, South of 2222 and west of Loop 360. Downtown Austin is only minutes away, as is the Arboretum area to the North and Lake Travis - Central Texas' weekend playground - to the West. To get to the Villas:
FROM DOWNTOWN AUSTIN - Take either W Cesar Chavez or 6th Street West to TX Loop 1 (Mopac) North. Exit at RM2222/Bull Creek heading West. Cross Loop 360 about half a mile to City Park Road and turn left. Coldwater Ridge Villas will be about a half mile on your left.
FROM NORTHWEST OF AUSTIN - Take TX71 east to RR620. Turn left and proceed 12.8 miles to RM2222. Turn right, proceed 4.5 miles to City Park Road. Turn right and proceed about a half mile. Entrance in on the left.
FROM WEST OF AUSTIN - Take US290 east to where it merges with TX71. Take the TX Loop 1 N exit. Take Capital of Texas Hwy /Loop 360 exit. Turn left onto Loop 360 and proceed 8.3 miles to W Courtyard Drive (just past the bridge over Lake Austin) and proceed 1.2 miles. Turn left onto City Park Road for a tenth of a mile to the Villas entrance.
FROM SOUTH OF AUSTIN - Take I35 north to Exit 230 and turn left onto Ben Whilte Blvd (TX71) for 2.6 miles. Take Capital of Texas Hwy (Loop 360) exit (a slight right) and proceed 9.4 miles. Exit at RM2222/Bull Creek heading West. Turn left onto City Park Road for a tenth of a mile to the Villas entrance.
